At adhouse™ we help ambitious entrepreneurs start & scale eCommerce brands. We are growing and are looking for a Senior Motion Designer (m/f/d). You can expect to work with some of the most exciting international eCommerce brands, a young & dynamic team that is a lot of fun to work with, and plenty of room for personal development.
Tasks
- You will brief, manage, and ensure high creative quality on ad creatives (motion & static) for all clients
- You will design and art direct on your own, working with other members of the team to ensure high level creative development and quality from start to finish
- You will develop consistent ads for multiple clients from different verticals, such as lifestyle, tech and b2b
- You will provide guidance and support to Junior Designers
- You will collaborate with a variety of teams, such as our media buyers to concept ads and brainstorm for new client campaigns
- 3-6 years experience
- Expert in design tools such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects
- A keen eye for aesthetics combined with a deep understanding of performance marketing
- Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and collaborate with various teams
- Experience in leading concept ideation for ads and marketing campaigns
- Strong problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach, able to work independently
- Motion Design experience a must
- German & English Proficiency
